The Ashling Pavilion. Construction of a new sports pavilion on part of the existing King George V playing fields at Denmead. The new facilities comprise changing rooms, showers, referees suite, first aid room, club room, youth facilities, fully fitted kitchen, workshops and storage areas. Upon completion of the project the existing outdated changing facilities were demolished.

The building consists of a suspended concrete floor, load bearing masonry walls with a timber roof construction finished with a slate roof covering. External works include drainage, paving, fencing and landscaping.

Construction of a complete new substation within a green field site. Works commenced with tree clearance, excavation and levelling of the existing sloping site.

Construction of a switchhouse building with insitu concrete foundations and semi basement, load bearing masonry walls under a sheet metal profiled roof. Associated metalwork to take new switchgear. Construction of new transformer bases & bunding for new transformer & cooler.

External works, with drainage, retaining walls, roadway, compound fencing and landscaping.

St Cross Substation, Winchester

Construction of new switchhouse building and associated structure bases within an existing live and operational substation. The location of the substation adjacent to a Primary School with site access across part of the school campus required careful planning and coordination of supplies and services.

A steel framed building with masonry cavity walls, semi basement cable trench under composite insulated roof cladding. Associated steelwork support for the new switchgear and internal finishings.

New insitu concrete bases for new structures within the electrical compound. Drainage, fencing, compound reinstatement and external works.
